Hi Lovelies!
I can't tell you how excited I was when Jackie and Karly announced their pets link up. I am not at all ashamed of my crazy cat lady status at this point in my life. Jack is the man in our home, and we just love him to bits.
I have a confession. As much as my divorce made me sad, I was kind of excited when I moved out because I knew I could FINALLY get an kitty. JJ is not a cat person. At. All.
Anyway if you've been reading awhile you know that Jack came to live with us last year. He was Boomer's gift the last night of Hanukkah.
Except...cats are weird, and even though he was Boomer's gift, Jack kinda decided I was his.

Not that he doesn't love Boomer too.
He just prefers her when she's sleeping. So basically unconscious and immobile.
Sometimes I catch him doing weird stuff.
Like drinking out of toilets. (I thought only dogs did that) Or just hanging out in an empty tub. (He does this every morning after I shower.) Or eating with his butt in the fridge so I can't close it. Or bogarting my coffee.
I can't imagine our lives without Jack though. We love him somethin' fierce. I think he's lonely though, so we may add to our little family soon.
Also I'm really proud that I only posted 11 pictures. I originally uploaded 26. And a video. CRAZY CAT LADY OVER HERE.

ok. i am laughing with tears at the one with him halfway inside the fridge. why are cats so stinking cute and funny!? oh my goodness. my cat, piper is just as goofy. she drinks out of the toilet all. the. time.

Hah! I love the picture of him half in the fridge! That is too funny. And my dog also like hanging out in the tub after I shower. She's so strange. LoL
Not a fan of cats but you make him seem soooo adorable! Especially the ones with him on your shoulder, in the tub and drinking the coffee! So cute.

Oh my goodness... I love the picture of the two of you gazing into each other's eyes! hahah SO CUTE! :) And the pictures where he's "caught" are classic!
Peyton will hang out in the empty bathtub too! I have no idea what the appeal is but every now and then I peek in the bathroom and she is just sitting in the tub.
I have a million and one pictures of my cats I want to post too, love meeting fellow crazy cat lovers :) And I think it's funny how cats choose their people. Our cat Abby was my husband's gift and she prefers me more. Our other two cats were a gift to me for Christmas and they seem to prefer my husband! Hehe!
I wish I could own cats, David and I are both allergic to them. I would totally be a crazy cat lady. Alas, I am the proud momma of three dogs!
I love cats, but my husband hates them. So, we have dogs. I love dogs too though.
